Eapen Leubner founded Denver Art Song Project in 2015 to bring professional art song performance to new audiences in Colorado. Beginning with the album, “A Single Step… Songs of Beethoven and Donaudy”, Denver Art Song Project expanded into live performances across Colorado, a lively YouTube Channel and salon performances that bring audiences together with artists to share beautiful and accessible performances. Eapen maintains a busy solo career in concert music and opera.
Stephanie Ann Ball, lyric coloratura soprano is swiftly taking her place in the world of classical music with her warm, strong, lyric voice. A favorite of Midwestern and Southwestern audiences, she has appeared as a soloist in many operas and oratorios including Mozart’s Requiem with the Bach Society of St. Louis, and in the charming role of Adina in Mid-Ohio Opera’s production of L’elisir D’amore. Ms. Ball is equally comfortable on the recital stage and frequently performs African American spirituals with passion and sensitivity, and has taken the stage alongside world renowned composers Craig Bohmler and Mark Hayes. Soprano Margaret Ozaki Graves maintains performance activities in opera, musical theatre and concert, in addition to working as a touring artist for LA and Central City Operas. This is her third season performing with DASP.
